This past week has been very windy here.
On Saturday I was driving to the nearest town
and suddenly found myself in the middle
of a blinding pinkish-white whirlwind.
I almost stopped the car,
uncertain of what was going on.
I had driven through a cloud of almond blossoms
torn off the trees by the wind!

This is my entry to the Ultra Fractal Group's "Flower Power" contest [link] It took me so long to come up with flowers that weren't a tweak of previous fractals I thought I wouldn't make it =D Good luck to all participants!

Full view is a must - I love those textures on the red/yellow flowers! I had the same experience as you - only the trees "snowing" were pear trees. It was magical!
